The Borough Administrator is the chief administrative officer of the Borough, appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council. Duties include implementing and enforcing ordinances, resolutions, motions, policies, and specific procedures adopted by Borough Council and overall acting as a supervising authority. The Borough Administrator directs all departments and coordinates, through appointed department heads, the carrying out and enforcement of Ordinances and Resolutions adopted by the Borough Council.
