The Borough Administrator is the chief administrative officer of the Borough, appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council. Duties include implementing and enforcing ordinances, resolutions, motions, policies, and procedures adopted by the Borough Council, and serving as the overall supervising authority over all municipal departments.
