Glassboro Restaurant Week: Driving Local Economy While Celebrating Community Dining
The 3rd Annual Glassboro Restaurant Week Returns March 15th to March 21st, 2026
Glassboro, NJ – As Glassboro Restaurant Week approaches, local restaurants are stepping up to not only showcase their culinary offerings but also stimulate the borough’s economy. Running March 15–21, this annual event encourages residents and visitors to dine locally, supporting small businesses and strengthening the community’s economic vitality.
Participating restaurants are offering special discounts and prix fixe menus designed to attract diners and increase foot traffic during the week. These initiatives provide both value to customers and tangible economic benefits to the local restaurant industry.
“Restaurant Week isn’t just about great food — it’s an economic engine for our town,” said Councilman Tim Brown. “By offering special menus and promotions, our restaurant partners drive sales, attract new patrons, and contribute to the overall financial health of our local businesses.”
Councilwoman Deanna Garlic added, “Events like Restaurant Week bring our community together. They encourage residents to explore local restaurants, connect with neighbors, and support our business owners, keeping both the community and economy thriving.”
Guests are encouraged to explore new dining spots, revisit local favorites, and take advantage of special prix-fixe menus and discounts offered exclusively during the week.
