Glassboro Launches “Be Healthy, Glassboro” to Expand Free Access to Community Health & Wellness Resources
First-Ever Community Health Fair on April 25th from 8 a.m. to Noon
Glassboro, NJ — The Borough of Glassboro’s premier new event, Be Healthy, Glassboro, will connect attendees to key resources and local healthcare partners. Featuring educational mini-sessions, interactive movement classes, a community wellness walk, and on-site wellness services, Be Healthy, Glassboro aims to bridge gaps by connecting residents with key resources and local healthcare partners.
“Be Healthy, Glassboro is a culmination of many years of planning and organization,” says Mayor John E. Wallace III. “The support of our local partners, Nexus Properties and Complete Care Health Network, has aided us in expanding community outreach and ensuring free health and wellness resources are accessible to all residents of Glassboro and communities throughout South Jersey.”
At its core, the generous contributions of Glassboro, Nexus Properties, and Complete Care Health Network have been instrumental in bringing this innovative event to life.

Complete Care Health Network offers all-encompassing forms of healthcare to seniors, adults, families, and pediatrics. Throughout the event, Complete Care will be available for free, on-site blood pressure and blood sugar screenings.

Be Healthy, Glassboro will kick off with a 0.6-mile Mayor’s Wellness Walk, with the first 100 participants receiving a complimentary event t-shirt. From physical therapy demos and movement classes to mental health education and LGBTQIA+ resources, all attendees will find an activity, wellness partner, or resource to connect with. With activities and wellness partners for all ages, this family-friendly and accessible event is designed to be inclusive and engaging, promoting fitness, education, and overall well-being for everyone.
