Glassboro Mayor John Wallace and Council announce “BoroBucks” Stimulus plan to help local businesses recover from pandemic.

“We wanted to create a sustainable stimulus program in a way that could make an immediate impact for our residents and businesses and be a basis for a long term program,” said Mayor John E. Wallace III. “The partnership and sponsor contributions helped to establish the initial $30,000 in a gift card matching fund, so card buyers can enjoy many of their favorite retailers, restaurants, services, and entertainment on an easy-to-use gift card. This is huge for the residents and the businesses of Glassboro.”

Brighten up your holidays with us. Mr. and Mrs. Claus are coming to town to light the tree in Downtown Glassboro on December 6, 2019!
